The Irish American Law Society of Cleveland will host a year-end ethics seminar at Cleveland State University Marshall College of Law, in the Moot Court Room on December 1, 2022 from 3:00pm - 5:30pm. The seminar will offer attendees 2.5 ethics and professionalism CLE Hours. Details regarding topics and speakers can be found below.
The seminar will be followed by a cocktail party and the society's winter meeting from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
The seminar and cocktail party are free to dues-paying members. Additionally, members are invited to invite a friend to join the IALSC. Individuals who join and pay dues before November 30, 2022 can attend the seminar and cocktail party for free.
The speakers and topics are as follows:
- Susan Blankenship, a Senior Fiduciary Strategist, Senior Vice President from Key Private bank who will be presenting on Ethical issues in Wealth Management and Fiduciary Administration.
- Kimberly Vanover Riley, a member of the firm Montgomery Jonson LLP, who will be presenting on 2022 Professionalism Conduct Year in Review.
- Adrianne Fletcher, the Ohio Supreme Court’s Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion who will be presenting on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Profession of Law.
